We have received about a dozen
surveys back so far and one thing that I have found is that it does not fax
real well all the time. Sometimes it comes real clear and sometimes not, I will
still be able to tabulate the results but some of the names and emails are not
very clear. It works much better if they are emailed so for those of you that
have not sent one in yet please send it to my email if you can. Thanks to
